The 30 Second Solution is taught in a collection of 30 second exercises. These exercise routines consist of strength-based exercises such as squats and standing plyometrics, each done for 30 seconds. Who is this 30-second lesson for?

Come on, you can do anything for 30 seconds! All fitness levels are welcome and the full body strength and cardio workout consists of easy 30 second exercises and sports exercises. Options are available for workout clothes to keep beginners and exercise veterans feeling energized and challenged.

What should I wear for the 30 minute solution?


Be ready to play. Usually, people wear sweat suits that provide full coverage, stay in place and allow you to move quickly through a variety of movements.

Cross training shoes. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes that provide support and stability as you run, jump, and lunge during class.

What should I bring?
